The Most Important Thing
Junto men’s retreat at the end of March 2020 (I’ll be there)
Junto’s LA Men’s Retreat in Joshua Tree, March 27-29th
Episode Overview:
In this episode, Andrew and I explore what it means to be a HuMAN (not just A MAN). We discuss men’s work and Andrew defines the nuance between shame & guilt. Andrew explains how to show up in all relationships including when we feel insecure. He explains how to be high value – be curious, tell people why they’re awesome, & offer your support! We all have value just because of who we are – honor that and own it! We discuss the idea of self-transcendence, how we can all be of service, the way to deal with imposter syndrome, and letting go of relationships to serve the highest good. Finally, Andrew opens up about his marriage and how being a father has changed his life.
